About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new employer groups and TPA clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation phases
- Conduct kickoff meetings with employers, partner health plans, and TPAs
- Develop and manage implementation plans to ensure timely group setup
- Review plan design documentation and ensure accurate administrative system setup
- Coordinate plan configuration with partner health plans and TPAs for indirect sales
- Support open enrollment education and ensure seamless member portal registration
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in health insurance, TPA, employee benefits, or healthcare operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health benefit plan structures such as PPO, self-funded, and level funded
- Experience coordinating eligibility files and enrollment data
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously across direct and indirect channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience onboarding employer groups directly or implementing plans via health plans/TPAs
