Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new employer groups and TPA clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation phases
• Conduct kickoff meetings with employers, partner health plans, and TPAs
• Develop and manage implementation plans to ensure timely group setup
• Review plan design documentation and ensure accurate administrative system setup
• Coordinate plan configuration with partner health plans and TPAs for indirect sales
• Support open enrollment education and ensure seamless member portal registration

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in health insurance, TPA, employee benefits, or healthcare operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health benefit plan structures such as PPO, self-funded, and level funded
• Experience coordinating eligibility files and enrollment data
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously across direct and indirect channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience onboarding employer groups directly or implementing plans via health plans/TPAs
