Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementations of varying scope and size simultaneously
• Provide subject matter expertise for products, services, and training to clients and internal partners
• Orchestrate discovery sessions to understand client program needs and processes
• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and translate requirements to internal teams
• Provide timely status reporting and lead meetings to outline deliverables and resolve issues
• Build order templates, user guides, and presentation materials
• Coordinate task requests and supervise action items from other departments
• Handle implementation system configuration, QA testing, and program launch
• Facilitate client demos and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or project management role
• Proven understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and principles
• Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet or MS Project
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
