About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple implementations of varying scope and size simultaneously
- Provide subject matter expertise for products, services, and training to clients and internal partners
- Orchestrate discovery sessions to understand client program needs and processes
- Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and translate requirements to internal teams
- Provide timely status reporting and lead meetings to outline deliverables and resolve issues
- Build order templates, user guides, and presentation materials
- Coordinate task requests and supervise action items from other departments
- Handle implementation system configuration, QA testing, and program launch
- Facilitate client demos and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or project management role
- Proven understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and principles
- Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet or MS Project
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
