Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, including CFOs and Controllers
• Plan onboarding and the roll-out process for new fund managers
• Analyze private equity client needs to help prioritize the product roadmap
• Work with product managers and engineers to design software that solves complex client requirements
• Implement complicated fund and investment structures to test functionality and discover product enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of private equity fund accounting experience
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of fund accounting systems such as Yardi or Investran
• Experience with investment structures and financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA accreditation
• Hands-on experience working directly at a private equity firm
