Implementation Manager – Influencer Marketing and Celeb Endorsement

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of influencer and celebrity campaigns across various platforms
• Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, and media teams to align on requirements and timelines
• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and reach out to talent managers regarding availability and costing
• Manage the content review cycle, including collecting drafts, sharing feedback, and ensuring brand alignment
• Liaise with talent agencies and celebrity representatives to support negotiations and documentation
• Maintain detailed trackers for campaigns, creators, budgets, and performance metrics
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and client servicing departments

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital agency roles
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail regarding content quality and documentation
