Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for integrating Heartflow technology into new customer accounts
• Manage implementation projects for new products or features for the commercial team and customers
• Provide end-user and commercial team training on products and CT data requirements
• Provide clinically-relevant and technical solutions in response to inquiries
• Document and track customer feedback, training, and complaints in the CRM system
• Manage the implementation project funnel, including tracking progress and identifying risks
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to map, document, and validate end-to-end workflows
• Ensure all Go-Live criteria are met and signed off by both teams

Requirements

• BS, MS, or relevant education in engineering or sciences
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field with an advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Required project or program management experience
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems
• Knowledge of hospital operations and technology implementation
• Proficiency in digital health technologies, Healthcare IT (PACS, EMR, CVIS), or HIPAA requirements
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical or medical background
• Prior experience in digital health or a regulated environment
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Cardiology clinical, imaging, or product experience
