Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of complex, enterprise implementations end to end, including project plans, critical paths, and risk logs
  • Translate customer environments and compliance requirements into clear implementation plans and configurations
  • Guide customers through technical integration, including API integration, data migration, and validation
  • Coordinate workstreams across customer, engineering, and product teams to keep delivery on schedule
  • Manage stakeholders from customer project sponsors to internal technical teams
  • Plan and execute dry runs and cutovers to ensure production readiness
  • Train customer teams on the platform and produce necessary documentation and runbooks
  • Provide hypercare and stabilization support during the post go-live period
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management for B2B enterprise software
  • Proven track record of owning complex deliveries from kickoff to stable production
  • Strong project management skills including sequencing work and tracking dependencies
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data, and integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area (Santa Clara, CA)
  • Flexibility for travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains
  • Experience implementing software for banks or regulated financial institutions
  • Exposure to cloud data and event-driven systems (AWS, streaming pipelines, etc.)
  • Hands-on comfort with SQL or scripting for data validation
  • Knowledge of financial data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS)
