About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage 6-8 implementations simultaneously ensuring customers follow product and industry best practices
  • Improve existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities within customer accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, technical consulting, or financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
  • Commercial Real Estate background
