Implementation Manager

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live for new enterprise customers
• Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple concurrent deployments
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to match customer workflows and data structures
• Deliver training programs, documentation, and live onboarding workshops for various user personas
• Refine the implementation playbook, including templates, checklists, and success criteria
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping and hand off customers to CS with full context
• Provide feedback to the Product team to improve configurability and reduce complexity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or complex client onboarding
• Background in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, or systems integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead status calls and escalations
• Technical curiosity with the ability to dig into data and configure software
• Ability to work in our NYC headquarters 5 days a week

• Experience working with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers
