Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, owning project management and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live
• Gather client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Configure and iterate on prompting and workflows to drive call handling quality and revenue impact
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build repeatable implementation playbooks
• Design and deliver tailored training to drive client proficiency and product adoption
• Lead testing efforts including configuration QA and issue triage
• Provide go-live support and transition clients to post-launch teams

Requirements

• 2-5 years in B2B software implementation, technical account management, or solutions architecture
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
• Experience configuring prompting, workflow logic, and system integrations in AI or SaaS contexts
• Strong project management skills for managing multiple concurrent B2B software delivery projects
• Ability to simplify technical complexity for non-technical audiences
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments
