Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during firm onboarding for SMB and mid-market wealth management firms
• Own integration setup across CRM platforms (Salesforce, Wealthbox) and custodial data providers
• Configure bidirectional CRM data syncs and manage data mapping
• Lead data migration efforts from financial planning tools and reconcile multiple data sources
• Orchestrate firm-wide deployments and train advisors on platform workflows
• Support sales by building live demo environments with realistic data
• Surface implementation friction points to Product and Documentation teams

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management
• Experience in fintech or SaaS with integration-heavy deployments
• Hands-on experience connecting APIs, CRMs, and data pipelines
• Strong project management and operational rigor
• Ability to translate technical setups for non-technical users
• Strong judgment regarding data migration and system configuration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with wealth management tech stack (Wealthbox, Salesforce, Orion, Black Diamond, RightCapital, eMoney)
• Experience supporting RIAs or financial services workflows
• Experience in fast-moving environments where feedback shapes product improvements
