Implementation Management Authority Consultant

Responsibilities

• Capture project baselines in management tools including MS Project, ServiceNow, Visio, and Excel
• Monitor maritime project implementation against technical, schedule, and financial constraints
• Proactively detect potential issues and trigger mitigating actions
• Organize and coordinate meetings such as the Maritime Implementation Working Group (MIWG) and SAB meetings
• Prepare meeting minutes, communication plans, issue logs, and action lists
• Maintain the maritime WEB Portal and verify information consistency
• Prepare project hand-over plans and deliverables including stage plans and exception reports
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, updated, and appropriately filed

Requirements

• University degree (minimum BSc) in Electronics Engineering
• Official certification in PRINCE2 or other project management methodologies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of military CIS
• Experience managing large-scale projects across wide geographical areas
• Recent experience in planning, design, installation, testing, and integration of CIS systems
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint)
• Experience in maritime communication systems
