Implementation Lead

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a regional implementation strategy aligned with EMEA business goals.
• Lead and coach a team of four, empowering them to deliver complex integrations for large-scale partners.
• Own all facets of implementation and project management in the region, including risk mitigation and timeline prioritization.
• Drive business outcomes by hitting KPIs and managing implementation trade-offs.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure seamless delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as the voice of Wise in partner conversations to influence decision-making and alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, product development, or product operations.
• Proven experience leading and coaching a team of at least 4 individuals.
• Technical fluency with APIs and solution design, including experience working with engineering and product teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to track performance and productivity.
• Excellent influential communication skills with the ability to adapt styles for different audiences.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing initiatives to improve KPIs and revenue impact.
