About the Company

Maki focuses on helping large enterprise companies onboard and maximize the impact of their recruitment processes. The Implementation team works closely with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, high satisfaction, and successful change management.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementation by helping define candidate journeys and monitoring impact
• Maintain frequent and structured interactions with clients to ensure value delivery
• Collect and organize client feedback to share with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Design and refine internal processes using ClickUp to monitor customers efficiently
• Contribute to strategic projects supporting large-scale change management for enterprise clients

Requirements

• Ability to support large-scale project management and change management
• Strong organizational skills for operational tasks
• Interest in client relationship management and feedback analysis
