Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business units, clients, and core engineering
• Prototype, test, and validate AI-driven workflows and solutions
• Refine prompts, system instructions, and agentic flows
• Translate feedback into structured feature requests
• Maintain implementation and workflow documentation
• Train internal teams on new AI tools and best practices

Requirements

• Experience with the Google AI ecosystem, including Vertex AI and Gemini
• Prompt engineering, grounding, and system instruction tuning experience
• Familiarity with API integrations, data workflows, and Google Cloud
• Ability to prototype with Python, Apps Script, or low-code tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to document and enable non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in applied AI, creative technology, or implementation engineering
• Exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks and AI toolchains
• Experience working with Google as a client
• Builder mindset and comfort with experimentation
