About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Flosum’s solutions within customer Salesforce environments
- Guide customers through product adoption by delivering training sessions and assessing DevSecOps processes
- Conduct webinars for large audiences covering product features and best practices
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for Flosum’s offerings
- Assist the sales process by conducting product demonstrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consultation on process improvements
- Integrate Flosum’s products with external platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
- Train Flosum’s partners to effectively onboard customers
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps processes
- Ability to conduct technical training and webinars
- Experience with version control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps
