About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client-facing implementation across pre-implementation, deployment, and post-implementation phases
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients to ensure successful fintech solution integration
- Improve platform, tooling, and reusable components
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to others
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles
- 3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.)
- Experience with Java-based systems
- Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix command line
- Experience with REST APIs (Postman or similar)
- Experience with secure file handling (SFTP, PGP)
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of payments, card systems, or banking integrations
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira & Confluence
