Implementation Director

Responsibilities

• Provide effective project governance to ensure software implementations are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with requirements.
• Translate Statements of Work and customer requirements into comprehensive implementation roadmaps, including milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering transparent status updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services.
• Apply technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data workflows to support successful implementations.
• Lead issue resolution efforts and oversee customer-reported issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management or software implementation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Understanding of software implementation practices, including cloud and on-premise architectures.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data input processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Salesforce, and AdaptiveWork.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, CAMS, or CIS.
• Familiarity with name screening software and Screening Compliance Program requirements.
