Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as a strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.
• Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble’s estimating tools with specific client business objectives.
• Manage technical software setups and integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between MEP platforms and third-party applications.
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.
• Strong background in MEP trades, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.
• Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Trimble MEP estimating platforms.
• Educational background in Construction Management or a related technical field.
• Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.
