Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform
• Manage large, cross-functional implementation and partner-led projects
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed technical specifications
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets
• Deliver end-user and super-user training and handle troubleshooting
• Support pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and project scoping
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contribute to project planning, timeline management, and customer support resolution

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably in e-invoicing
• Deep understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle
• Knowledge of e-invoicing compliance regulations across EU and APAC regions
• Proven experience in project management activities and timeline maintenance
• Strong skills in software demonstration and technical scoping
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel projects
