Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, including data requirements gathering and technical platform configuration
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying or expanding OpenGov solutions
• Interact directly with government officials to guide them through the implementation process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate customer workflows
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the R&D team
• Develop and leverage best practices for data environments and customer verticals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the public sector (Procurement, Budgeting, Asset Management, Finance, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or client-facing roles
• Strong experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial or relevant data
• Proficiency in training customers on software solutions and business processes
• Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• Strong conceptualization, modeling, and design skills for solution development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with governmental processes across multiple states
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing product features
