Responsibilities

• Build deep, lasting relationships with existing and future customers
• Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to customers
• Help plan, build, optimize, and scale processes, assets, and systems like Zendesk and Salesforce
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation
• Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders
• Drive new solution offerings by working directly with the sales team
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring new products to market
• Represent the voice of the customer in product requests
• Drive and support customer health via adoption metrics
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product feedback

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years in a direct customer-facing role (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting)
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• BA or BS degree
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate with product/engineering stakeholders
• Availability for occasional travel
