Responsibilities

• Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to customers
• Build and maintain deep relationships with existing and future customers
• Help plan, build, optimize, and scale processes and systems using Zendesk and Salesforce
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation
• Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders
• Drive new solution offerings in collaboration with the sales team
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring new products to market
• Represent the voice of the customer in product development
• Drive customer health via adoption metrics and success metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years in a direct customer-facing role (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting)
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• BA or BS degree
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with product/engineering teams
• Availability for occasional travel to visit customers
