Implementation Consultant - Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of implementation consultants and project managers
• Drive successful, value-oriented software deployments to ensure customer satisfaction and platform adoption
• Maintain team performance against key business metrics, including billable utilization
• Define and maintain regional implementation practice strategies in collaboration with global leadership
• Partner with PMO and Engagement Management leaders on project scope and resource allocation
• Act as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders regarding implementation
• Provide expert-level solution recommendations for platform design and configuration
• Contribute to the sales cycle by providing delivery expertise and representing Sprinklr Services

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management or implementation
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management
• Strong technical background with the ability to provide expert solution recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in high-level presentations
• University degree or higher
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience with social media management software
• Demonstrated passion for the social media technology landscape
• Experience working within a global, distributed infrastructure environment
