Implementation Consultant I

Responsibilities

• Assist small clients through implementation deliverables and provide application/product configuration throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and educational sessions for customers
• Act as a subject matter expert on product, implementation methodology, and business operations
• Manage and execute projects from beginning to end, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
• Communicate project deliverables to ensure tasks are executed on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and perform audits of client data with laboratories
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and leverage tools to address specific customer nuances

Requirements

• High School/GED
• 2-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience implementing software solutions
• Experience presenting and training clients on software solutions
• Experience managing projects and organizational change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
