About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and deployment of field response modules including Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command
- Configure occupancy records, hazards, and tactical information aligned to NFPA 1620 practices
- Set up mobile incident response views, dispatch/AVL information, and field access to pre-plan data
- Manage hydrant inventory, flow testing records, and water supply data aligned to NFPA 291
- Partner with Implementation Managers to deliver project milestones and surface risks early
- Collaborate with Technical Services on CAD and AVL data flows
- Surface product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests to the Product organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation, configuration, or professional services experience
- Strong public safety industry knowledge, including fire ground operations and incident command structures
- Demonstrated understanding of field response workflows and mobile tool operational contexts
- Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts applied to occupancies and response data
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent customers
- Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience as a firefighter, company officer, training officer, or fire service GIS coordinator
- Working knowledge of NFPA 1620 and NFPA 291 standards
- Experience with GIS platforms or mobile data terminal (MDT) applications
- Proficiency with Salesforce or professional services delivery platforms like Rocketlane
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional certification
