Responsibilities

• Participate in elluminate implementations by providing business process and product best practices consulting services
• Ensure appropriate requirements gathering through assessment of client environments and expectations
• Steer implementation workshops, administer training sessions, and provide high-quality support
• Align client clinical data review objectives to elluminate functionality and deliver gap analysis
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and product teams to develop new or enhanced product offerings
• Configure elluminate software to meet specific client requirements
• Assist sales efforts by delivering Proof of Concept, Prototypes, and targeted presentations
• Participate in the development of new processes and best practices to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO environments
• Excellent knowledge of the drug development process and clinical trial execution
• Solid understanding of database concepts and ability to use data for reporting and mapping
• Proficiency with clinical data review and analytics solutions
• Experience with analytic software applications such as Spotfire, J-Review, Qlik, or Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong logical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or higher, preferably in an analytic discipline
• Experience in a software development environment
• Prior management and delivery of technical projects in a professional services environment
