Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects, managing all milestones within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Consult with mid-market clients on best practices and business needs to configure software effectively.
• Train and advise clients on product usage to ensure high user adoption and alignment with their specific use cases.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation, including billable hours, Salesforce notes, and project progress.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to manage risk awareness and set clear expectations.
• Troubleshoot application issues during the implementation cycle and provide feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Client Services, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience in managing implementation projects and working in client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting terminology and processes, such as the month-end close.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Salesforce.
• Strong technical problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the audit or accounting industry.
• Background in software or a strong technology-focused skillset.
• Accounting degree or CPA certification.
