About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze project business requirements to transfer knowledge to the development team
  • Provide suggestions to the development team during product development to meet client needs
  • Prepare detailed requirement specifications, user interface guides, and functional specification documents
  • Evaluate data collected through task analysis, business processes, surveys, and workshops
  • Design and execute test scripts and test scenarios
  • Analyze and document complex business processes
  • Coordinate with business units to test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions
  • Write user stories, business requirements, and solution documents
  • Manage change requests related to project plans to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HRMS system functions and HR policies (PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation)
  • Experience with Human Resources operations and functions
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (HR-related formulas), Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, development, and product teams
