About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze project business requirements to transfer knowledge to the development team
- Provide suggestions to the development team during product development to meet client needs
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications, user interface guides, and functional specification documents
- Evaluate data collected through task analysis, business processes, surveys, and workshops
- Design and execute test scripts and test scenarios
- Analyze and document complex business processes
- Coordinate with business units to test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions
- Write user stories, business requirements, and solution documents
- Manage change requests related to project plans to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Knowledge of HRMS system functions and HR policies (PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation)
- Experience with Human Resources operations and functions
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (HR-related formulas), Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, development, and product teams
