Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software onboarding process for new private fund clients
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with fund managers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Analyze complex client requirements to help Product Managers prioritize the product roadmap
• Plan and execute onboarding and roll-out processes for new fund managers
• Deliver on key project milestones and train clients on complex fund management software
• Collaborate with Client Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to evaluate product enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, such as technical onboarding, solution consulting, or implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail regarding complex financial calculations and structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of software and business logic
• Comfort and excitement using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving
