Forma.ai is a Series B startup that's revolutionizing how sales compensation is designed, managed and optimized. We handle billions in annual managed commissions for market leaders like Edmentum, Stryker, and Autodesk.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day customer relationship and build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Act as an architect for new customers, translating data inputs and business logic into system logic and commission engine architecture
• Learn platform design to independently complete updates, enhancements, and change requests
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to articulate customer feedback and implement new features
• Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and project timelines
• Develop deep understanding of client strategic positioning, products, and business models
• Develop Sales Performance Management (SPM) expertise to improve processes and strategy

Requirements

• Education or background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working with large datasets and understanding database logical structures
• Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation
• Understanding of data architecture and process flows
• Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools like Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or Python
• Experience with sales incentive compensation
