Implementation & Activation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the activation of client campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery
• Develop effective, creative, and future-facing implementation plans and media schedules
• Manage team workload and foster effective collaboration among stakeholders
• Ensure accurate execution across all media channels including Social, Search, Programmatic, and E-Comm
• Maintain strong relationships with publishers and represent the agency professionally
• Utilize data, technology, and automation to enhance campaign execution
• Identify and articulate the benefits of proprietary products and services to clients

Requirements

• Experience in media activation and implementation
• Knowledge of offline and traditional channels such as TV, OOH, and Radio
• Relevant technical and people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the current media landscape and consumer trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mentality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated negotiation and implementation planning skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with publishers
