Implant Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the Implant Department to maintain semiconductor production equipment and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost of ownership
• Monitor tool status, performance, and FDC/Tool trend data to determine root causes of recurring issues
• Coordinate team meetings and manage daily workloads and sustaining activities within the fab
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) for safe and efficient operations
• Analyze alarms and interlock data to identify and oversee troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Develop and improve technical documentation including SOPs, Job Aids, Sensor Cards, and troubleshooting guides
• Perform root cause analysis using techniques such as Fishbone Diagrams and 5 Whys to prevent future failures

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Technical degree preferred
• 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of Lean Principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Implant, chamber Anneal (RTP), and/or chamber Treatment (etch) processes and equipment
• Experience with AMAT, Axcelis, LAM, Mattson, Nissin, or Veeco equipment
• Willingness to cross-train on ion-implantation equipment and rapid thermal processing equipment
