Implant Equipment Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting on semiconductor production equipment
• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) on Implanter and Anneal tool sets
• Conduct mechanical assembly and disassembly of equipment components
• Follow SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Utilize tool GUIs to recover tool issues and extract critical data
• Practice 6S methodologies to maintain a safe and organized work environment in the fab
• Support team members with daily workloads and sustaining activities in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of industrial manufacturing or similar experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills for complex problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Understanding of Lean Principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or military technical experience
• Prior semiconductor experience with 300mm platforms (e.g., AMAT, Axcelis, Nissin, Mattson, or Veeco)
