Impact Investment Fellow

Responsibilities

• Conduct breakthrough research on impact investment issues and ESG trends within the endowment management space
• Present research findings and novel recommendations to the Investment Committee twice per academic year
• Generate project ideas that align research interests with the goals of the Impact Investment Advisory Group (IIAG)
• Lead outreach to peer colleges and universities and assist in organizing the Impact Investment Symposium
• Meet weekly with the IIAG Coordinator to provide updates and receive feedback on project progress
• Engage with campus partners to communicate IIAG initiatives to relevant stakeholders
• Advance the college's engagement with the Intentional Endowments Network (IEN)
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive project elements

Requirements

• Enrolled student for the 2026-2027 academic year
• Sophomore status or above
• Availability on campus during both academic semesters
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated reliability
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Passion for social impact, climate change, or endowment management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with team-based research projects
• Knowledge of impact investing or social change initiatives
• Comfort with public speaking and presenting information to diverse groups
