Impact Investment Fellow

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to guide impact investment decisions for the college endowment
• Present findings to the Board’s Investment Committee twice per year
• Collaborate with the Impact Investment Advisory Group (IIAG) and the Intentional Endowments Network
• Organize the annual Impact Investment Symposium, including outreach to colleges and investment firms
• Communicate impact investment strategies and findings to students, faculty, and alumni

Requirements

• Oberlin sophomore or above, enrolled for the 2025-26 academic year and in residence on campus
• Completion of 200-level coursework in finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated passion for ESG (environmental, social, or governance) impact within investment management
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
