IMOS Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading, operations, risk, finance, and logistics teams
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IMOS configuration and development
• Support IMOS implementation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
• Configure IMOS modules across trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting
• Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test scripts and defect management
• Work closely with developers and integration teams on interfaces such as ERP, risk systems, and market data
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the IMOS platform
• Strong knowledge of commodities trading processes
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and functional specification development
• Experience with IMOS module configuration
• Ability to perform detailed trade lifecycle process analysis
• Proficiency in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
