About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform sample analysis for preclinical and clinical studies using LBA methods (ELISA, MSD)
- Implement and optimize bioanalytical methods, including critical reagent preparation
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and bioanalytical guidelines (FDA, EMA)
- Process raw data and interpret results
- Participate in the maintenance, qualification, and monitoring of laboratory equipment
- Provide technical supervision to less experienced technicians or interns if necessary
Requirements
- Bac+2/3 (BTS, BUT, Licence Pro) in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioanalysis, Biological Analysis, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a bioanalysis laboratory or pharmaceutical R&D
- Expertise in LBA methods (ELISA/ECL/MSD) is essential
- Strong knowledge of GLP/BPL regulations
- Knowledge of bioanalytical method validation principles
- Autonomy, scientific rigor, and strong organizational skills
