Immobilienkaufmann/frau (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Provide object-specific support for approximately 160 branches across Germany
• Manage and process insurance claims, including property and liability damage
• Review and verify service charge statements (Nebenkostenabrechnung)
• Handle written and telephone correspondence with landlords, property managers, and authorities
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding property defects or lease agreements
• Monitor completed maintenance work and process repair requests

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on real estate
• Initial professional experience in the real estate industry or a comparable field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of tenancy law (Mietrecht) is preferred
