About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCIS and consular applications
- Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Independently analyze case documents and prepare business immigration applications for attorney review and submission
- Take ownership of case docket and ensure timely communication
- Assist with review of Japanese-language documents and communications
- Stay up to date with immigration developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Previous experience preparing business immigration applications with USCIS and Consular processing
- Knowledge of visa petitions such as E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O, P, PERM, I-140, and AOS
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
