Immigration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding overseas options and services via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies
• Perform fair and neutral evaluations of candidate profiles
• Develop customized global career strategies for clients
• Proactively respond to client queries to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum three years of professional experience
• Prior experience in Overseas Education, Immigration, Sales, Recruitment, or Counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with computers and the internet
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
