Imaging Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manipulate video files to ensure technical compliance and alignment with client specifications
• Conduct daily checks of project workflows to identify and resolve stuck or failed processes
• Support Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with production requests involving file correction or manipulations
• Maintain clear and accurate records of technical exceptions and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and tools

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in media post-production, file handling, or digital archiving
• Secondary education or a technical/vocational diploma
• Working knowledge of video/film formats and delivery standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage parallel tasks and accurate logs
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to technical or procedural issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the physical handling of fragile or historical materials
• Interest in preservation, archiving, or audiovisual heritage
