Imaging and Color Specialist - Junior

Responsibilities

• Participate in project and imaging configurations to support production timelines
• Support daily imaging operations and ensure reliable workflows
• Assist production, Editorial, and IO teams with ingest, configuration, and delivery processes
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the color pipeline
• Troubleshoot imaging and color issues impacting artists and production
• Assist in coordinating and validating screen calibration
• Test imaging and color tools, collect feedback, and report issues
• Document workflows, procedures, and tool usage
• Collaborate with Pipeline, Editorial, IO, and Technology teams to improve workflows

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in VFX, post-production, imaging, or a related technical field
• Degree in film production, imaging, color science, media technology, computer graphics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital imaging workflows, color pipelines, or post-production processes
• Interest in color science, image processing, and display technologies
• Familiarity with VFX production tools such as ShotGrid, Nuke, or editorial tools is an asset
• Basic knowledge of digital formats, resolutions, frame rates, color spaces, and codecs is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
