Image Processing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D for real-time medical data processing, data mining, and visualization in the field of ophthalmology
• Design and develop medical software for both native and web applications
• Craft technical specifications and designs while ensuring high-quality documentation
• Realize, test, and document prototypes and final medical products

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
• Expertise in computer vision, image processing, and analysis using Python or Matlab
• Strong implementation skills in C/C++
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture and algorithm design
• Proven track record in designing modularized, testable, and performance-critical software
• Fluent English (both oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastery of C/C++ coding with a deep understanding of design patterns
• Experience with multi-threaded, parallel, and distributed programming
• Familiarity with machine learning, OpenCV, and GPU programming (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Excellent understanding of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with module testing, test automation, and scripting tools
