Image Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, specifically Prada fashion shows worldwide
• Manage all event-related activities including venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, and logistics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery
• Partner with local markets and regional teams to implement event formats following global brand standards
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers, including negotiations and contract administration
• Monitor event budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective resource allocation
• Oversee on-site event operations and resolve issues in fast-paced environments
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling to enhance brand image
• Produce qualitative and quantitative event reports and post-event analyses

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fashion event management or luxury brand activations
• Strong project management and budget management skills
• Experience in vendor relations and contract administration
• Solid understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual storytelling
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in event reporting and performance analysis
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
