IM Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to deliver scalable data, analytics, and AI capabilities across the investment platform
• Monitor and articulate the benefits of emerging technologies relevant to investment research and decision support
• Translate complex data and technology topics into clear business value propositions for senior stakeholders
• Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and solution proposals
• Partner with global change teams to initiate projects, define scope, and support delivery through implementation
• Develop strong relationships with asset class CIOs, research leadership, and technology partners
• Provide regular reporting, insights, and analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive alignment and adoption of new tools and processes

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, product manager, or consultant within financial services
• Strong understanding of asset management, investment research, or adjacent domains
• Proficiency in project management and business analysis methodologies
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory rules and translate them into practical business solutions
• Experience delivering project plans, product roadmaps, and managing vendors
• Python and SQL/database query capability is highly valued
• Familiarity with emerging trends in AI, data science, and cloud data platforms
