ILS Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up ILS work within one or more projects
• Collaborate with product managers and project functions regarding logistics support, maintenance, and material follow-up
• Ensure ILS deliverables are produced and delivered in accordance with the requirement element list (KEL)
• Perform and follow up maintenance preparation based on ILS strategy, TTEM, maintenance plans, technical documentation, and material data
• Analyze maintenance solutions regarding levels, intervals, spare parts, test equipment, technical information, and training needs
• Participate in requirement reviews, audits, project follow-ups, and delivery controls
• Contribute to managing material and maintenance data in relevant support systems

Requirements

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in ILS, maintenance systems, maintenance preparation, or lifecycle support
• Experience with project work involving technically complex systems or equipment
• Experience delivering or following up ILS deliverables according to KEL
• Strong understanding of maintenance preparation and planning at material and system levels
• Knowledge of material management support systems such as Teamcenter, TIA, and PRIO/LIFT
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the defense sector
• Experience in FMV-related activities or other security-sensitive environments
