ILS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize maintenance, spare parts, and technical solutions for marine systems
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of marine defense systems
• Work on both maintenance and new procurement projects within the naval sector

Requirements

For Junior roles:

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Officer/Specialist Officer, or Civil Engineering/Master's in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent
• Initial years of professional experience within the defense sector

For Senior roles:

• Experience in ILS work within marine technical areas, preferably from government or defense industry
• ILS Engineer certification or academic merits in ILS
• Systems Engineering certification is a plus

Merit:

• Service within the Swedish Navy
