ILS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize maintenance, spare parts, and technical solutions for marine systems
• Contribute to the entire lifecycle of marine defense systems
• Support both maintenance and new procurement projects within the naval sector

Requirements

For Junior roles:

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Officer/Specialist Officer, or Civil Engineering/Master's in Ship Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Physics
• Initial professional experience within the defense sector

For Senior roles:

• Experience in ILS work within marine technical areas, preferably from government or defense industry
• ILS Engineer certification or academic merits in ILS
• Systems Engineering certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous service within the Swedish Navy
