Il6S Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute I2M (Innovation 2 Market) and IIM (Initiative Management) initiatives to manage change for new products, packaging, and processes.
• Support project development and execution by providing critical inputs for design reviews (DR2–DR6).
• Manage project activities including master data creation, artwork, raw/pack material availability, and timing tracking.
• Organize plant trials and FPA’s, including managing materials and team logistics.
• Support business simplification and the de-complexity agenda to drive site productivity and improvement.
• Coordinate with plant departments and cross-functional teams to track project status and ensure manufacturing hurdle rates are met.
• Interface with category PCMs and coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to manage startup and construction activities.

Requirements

• Strong operational and manufacturing experience within the CPG industry.
• Proficiency in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools and concepts.
• Solid understanding of Safety and GMP standards.
• Strong financial and business acumen alongside project management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, technology, and engineering automation basics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management abilities.
