IKEA Food Assistant, Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized area of responsibility
• Prepare hot and cold dishes as assigned
• Serve customers behind the hot line with a friendly attitude
• Ensure products and condiments are stocked and replenished on time
• Follow internal rules regarding food safety, quality, and hygiene
• Support colleagues and cooperate with other store departments
• Contribute to the department's action plan and cost-consciousness

Requirements

• Friendly or outgoing personality for customer service
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
• High level of personal grooming for food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Team player mindset
